2022.01.22 17:56 ConsistentBet6408 What are the ways to experience a cut out?
I’m new to the euc scene and everyday I’m learning of new ways to bust my ass lol. I’ve got about 40 miles on my V8S and have the speed limit to 16. It beeps when it gets there and tilts back. Now I’m reading online about accelerating too fast can be the cause of cutouts as well bc of blown fuses?
What advice would you give to someone new like me to avoid the dreaded cut outs as much as possible. Thanks for any tips

I would like to hear some epic heirloom lines but cuz of the melee nerf its pretty hard to get em, so why when you melee kill a dummie in the firing range you cant hear the heirloom kill line after?

2022.01.22 17:56 Lagg0r Stop telling people how to feel about their investments. You don't know their circumstances.
The huge amount of people pushing their opinions on others has always been a big part of the crypto world. With this crash the number has gone through the roof and every second post is something along the lines of "you should feel bad - the crypto world is ending or on the other end of the spectrum "lol stop whining it's unrealised losses you should not care". First of all: Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. Second: Who do people think they are for telling us what to do with our money? Third: Circumstances change constantly. Opinions can change with them and you are not dumb for not predicting this current crash.
Now I'm going to tell you my story of why circumstances matter: I have invested a fair amount of money in my portfolio every now and then whenever I could afford it. I knew not to overinvest because my situation was stable and everything was going fine - I was happy with the gains I made over the past year. Even started to take university courses on the weekend and reduced hours of my full time job so I can concentrate on both because I thought "now is the perfect time". The paycheck to paycheck life seemed to finally be over.
Then the fire nation attacked.
In december my partner and I broke up our relationship of 5 years. We immediately started searching for new apartments since continuing to live with each other was not an option. On top of that my job has suddenly become unstable because of the new covid surge, so I don't know if I will be able to keep it during the next year. Then on top of that a big divide has formed in my immediate family over Christmas drama. I'm staring down having to buy furniture and a whole kitchen for the new apartment I'm moving into. Also have to take into account having to pay double the rent for 2 months since we can't just up and evacuate our old apartment in a weeks notice.
So yeah I was still doing fine by the end of december thinking "It's allright, I'll just shave off a little bit of my crypto money if I really need it". This turned into "Yeah I am probably going to have to tap into that but it won't be a big deal". I was gonna pull the money out starting February.
And here we are now... My not being overinvested has quickly turned into yes it looks like I overinvested just a little bit and then looks like a shitshow of bad timing now that I need to tap into it for basically the worst deal I can get. I will probably try my very hardest to not have to tap into the crypto and keep trying to hold on to it for dear life.
That said there are with a good probability people who had an even worse timing than me or even bigger amount of sudden bills (looking at you, USA healthcare system) and if anybody needs a chat, just hit me up with a dm.
TLDR: only read the first and last paragraph

2022.01.22 17:56 Alive_Radio_7249 Looking for advice as well as information. Is there somewhere with a compilation of all the information with what worked for long haulers with POTS?
First of all, what Ive experienced over the last few weeks is terrifying to think about happening to me the next few months/potentially years. My heart goes out to all of you Long Haulers who have been dealing with this for so long.
I tested positive for COVID-19 after starting symptoms January 2nd, 2022. I am a 28m, no previous health conditions (besides being slightly overweight) led a generally healthy and active lifestyle. I was double vaxxed Pfizer and generally did everything right to avoid COVID (I got it going out on NYE, a mistake I wish I could take back but At some point we need to live as well) . I had a very mild case (fever for two days, fatigue, body aches, lost taste and smell, headaches etc) and within 5 days of symptom onset I was essentially symptom free minus the fatigue and heart rate issues.
This week, I felt more normal over the weekend. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (17th,18th,19th) I felt like myself, atleast 95%. Energy was back and my heart rate was in a normal range for me (55 resting, not over 100 unless I’m exercising) . Wed night I went to eat dinner with my brother and for the first time in 17 days felt confident enough in my health to have a beer (literally just one 16oz) everything seemed fine. Went home and went to sleep feeling normal. The next day I woke up, (Thursday) Henergy still normal, I decided to stop and get a cup of coffee (first one in 2 weeks, usually I drink two black coffees/day) I typically work remote, but need to spend 1-2 days a week at my companies primary worksite to check in on employees. Around 1pm I noticed my HR had spiked to 100 (have an apple watch, I could feel it beating before I checked) sitting at my desk. I spent 4 hours at an urgent care waiting for it go down, it wouldnt. All blood tests and EKG came back normal. They told me I was having a pnic attack gave me some xanax and sent me on my way
Yesterday (Friday) and today (Saturday) nothing has really changed. Laying down Im in the high 70s low 80s, a normal Hr for most, high for me. Standing up I hit 135-140. If I continue to stand I can get back to 110 after 5 minutes or so. 160 in the shower this morning. Ive never heard of anxiety that causes that and anyone who says otherwise is an asshat in my opinion.
I just dont know what to think besides that I am heading down a LH path. I was feeling great, and now Ive had only what can be described as a relapse. I was expecting to go skiing, drink some beer, and go on a date this weekend. Now I cant stand up without feeling like Im on a run.
What Im going through is extremely mild compared to a lot of you and Im thankful for that. At this point though, Im terrified come Monday Im not gonna be able to get back to work let alone life.
Im looking for two things. Does this sound like Lh covid starting to set in? And for those who have recovered from it and POTS - has someone compiled all the information as to what has been working for this? Wether this will be gone next week or next year, Im not gonna sit around and wait for a doctor who thinks its anxiety to fix me. Id like to start attacking this thing now while its mild so I can get back to life. Any advice or insight is appreciated. Ive spent majority of today wondering if this is about to be my life and take away everything Ive worked so hard for is going to be taken away by this virus.

2022.01.22 17:56 americanyangster State of the subreddit
As someone incredibly impressed with Hamilton's thorough contributions to the world of drugs (not a great phrase but I'm not sure what is better), I've wanted to do my part to amplify his voice as much as possible. While I also volunteer with a couple of harm reduction organizations, I think this effort is one of the best ways to promote sensible drug policy/behavior.
Early in 2021, I decided I wanted to organize and grow this subreddit, including creating a pretty thorough public content index, trying to get a new post made for any fresh content Hamilton produces, which is primarily his Patreon posts, and strengthen the community and encourage more dialogue that would exposure readers to new ideas, voices, and literature.
I think growth goals have been successful. Since then, we've seen a lot of subreddit growth, from 963 subs to 5538 in 2021. I think our efforts to organize content, while incomplete, have been quite successful with our new wiki.
However, I still feel we are lacking some of the discussion I'd like to promote, which may just be a virtue of the small size of the sub, the reduced volume of content coming out from Hamilton, and the likely somewhat unified existing beliefs of community members.
I started this post to check on what people's thoughts are on the new Patreon podcast posts but figured I'd turn it into a broader "state of the subreddit" post. So....
1) How do people feel about the new Patreon podcast posts? They usually only draw a couple of comments, while the comment section on the Patreon page is usually quite popular. Are these unnecessary, or do people find them useful for advertising his Patreon, announcing/organizing new content, and promoting dialogue?
2) How do people feel about the general updates I've made over the past year? I've updated the sidebar, including adding to the original description of the subreddit and adding links to Hamilton's other pages, added/changed the banner art, added related subreddits, and created a wiki. I've tried to not bother Hamilton by making too many changes or asking for his direct input, while also trying to not overstep my bounds and alter too much.
3) Any requests/ideas for how we can improve the subreddit? It is a small subreddit with quite limited activity so there is only so much we can do to improve it. Maybe we are all happy with it as it is, which is great, but I'm certainly open to suggestions. Does anyone feel the need for a rules section? Are we okay with meme-ish content or questions about Hamilton's personal life?
Thanks for any feedback or thoughts and as always, thanks for Hamilton for doing what you do. It is deeply appreciated and while I know you have a very busy life, your hard work is meaningful and impactful and I hope that can help fuel you through the tough times.
